The Difference Between Water Electret and Corona
Traditional meltblown non-woven corona static electricity is to use high-voltage to make the melt-blown non-woven fabric generate static electricity. The electret surface is more electrostatically charged, but the filtration efficiency has limitation, and the static electricity will be declined with time. Therefore, the performance of the filtration is limited. While the water electret is to use the characteristics of the raw material and friction to generate electricity to achieve a uniformly charged. So, the filtration rate is higher than the traditional electrostatic electret and materials are also lighter and thinner. Moreover, it can effectively solve the problem of reduced filtration efficiency by exporting different charges under humidity environment.

The Process of Water Electret
Adding specially designed water electret masterbatch to PP melt-blown non-woven fabric → Using pure water to make ultra-pure water → Using ultra-pure water for water friction → Pumping water with a special blower and generating electric charge by friction between pure water and melt-blown fabric → Drying with hot air and then winding to finish the process.
